Martin Wrighton

It would be fair to say that executive chef Martin Wrighton has been around the “chopping block”.
Martin began his career in Melbourne then travelled to London to finish his training.

He has clocked up over 25years experience as a chef and has worked in the UK, at several Whitsunday Island resorts and recently in Sydney.
Fortunately for us he, can now be found here, at the Sydney international Regatta Centre. Martin uses his knowledge collectively to create our exciting menus.

Martin’s motto is ‘fresh is always best’ and believes that food is a passion, which should seduce all the senses. Martin uses this philosophy to create new and innovative Australasian cuisine that will entice your taste buds and sooth the soul.
